In case you are unsatisfied with the product received from us, you may contact our team with your complaints/ feedbacks at shreecoat@sify.com, who shall revert back to you at the earliest. 

Product received in damaged condition / manufacturing defect or wrong item -

on receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that we may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.

In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us at shreecoat@sify.com, within 24 hours of receipt of product. 

Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions from us regarding the same.

In case of any other complaints, email us at shreecoat@sify.com, within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Do not return any product, before receiving confirmation from us for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, we do not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.

The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that we shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.

All defective products being returned to us shall be done only through registered airmail/courier.

All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.

All defective products along with copy of invoice, original packing and in the original condition as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to us  within seven (7) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from us.

Safe receipt of defective product by us is sole responsibility of the customer.

While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘defective returns’.

In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then we shall make the necessary modifications/alternations, at the cost of the customer. In the rare circumstances when original fabric is unavailable for purpose of such alterations/modifications, we may use plain fabric of the same colour. Customer may have to bear the cost of such replacement fabric in such rare cases. 

Obligation of powdercoatingplant.com -

we shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.

We shall send the replaced product at the earliest possible, at our own cost. In case the original product is no longer possible, you may be requested to select an alternate product, which shall be sent to you, at our cost.

We will bear all costs for shipping and delivery of the altered/modified/alternate product alterations and modifications of the products.

In the event of the error having occurred on the part of us, we shall still bear costs of alterations/modifications.

Notwithstanding the above, we are under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or store credit. We shall have sole discretion to assess each case separately.

Partial refunds -

in case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, we are unable to deliver certain products, customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case customer does not wish to select any alternate products, we shall agree to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products.

Credit issues -

kindly note that credits against the customer’s credit card account normally takes three (3) business days to be processed. Thereafter, the corresponding bank of the customers may take about two (2) business days from the date of powdercoatingplant.com processing the same, to show the said credits on the customer's accounts. Customer may check the credits in their next credit card statement.
